How far do minutes go?
A minute is one minute of live help, meaning transcription and answers, while you're actually in a session. The clock stops the moment the session does.

One minute of live help while you’re in a session: real-time transcription of the call plus streamed answers built from your own resume and documents. The clock only runs during a live session, so installing the app, uploading documents and reading past notes all cost nothing.
Do minutes expire?
Minutes stay valid for 12 months from purchase, so a pack you buy for this job search is still there for the next one.
Will I be charged again next month?
Not for a pack. That’s a one-time payment with no auto-renew and nothing to cancel. The only recurring charge we offer is the monthly plan, which you only get if you pick it on purpose, and you can cancel it any time.
Can I pay by UPI, or do I need a credit card?
In India you can pay by UPI, meaning Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm, as well as cards and netbanking. No credit card is required, and prices are in rupees with GST included.
Is the payment secure? Do you store my card?
Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway used across India. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay rather than to us, so we never see or store them.
When do my minutes arrive?
Automatically, seconds after payment clears. They’re credited to your account and show up in the desktop app without you doing anything, and closing the tab mid-flow won’t lose the purchase.
Why do I need to sign in to buy?
Minutes are added to your account so they follow you across devices, and signing in tells us whose wallet to credit. Prices are public, so you can read this page without an account.
What if I run out during an important week?
Buy another pack whenever you need one. It takes about a minute over UPI and the balance updates immediately. Your remaining minutes are always visible in the app.
